Kefa Airless 8125 represents a new and innovative way to control condensation, mold, mildew, water seepage and all other negative consequences of excessive moisture and condensation. Kefa offers all these benefits in a very low VOC (.167 lbs/gal) water based coating that may be applied to most properly prepared substrates in varied conditions. Through the use of Kefa health risks associated to molds may be greatly reduced or eliminated, areas of high moisture and humidity will be and feel “dryer”, water infiltration and seepage can be reduced and controlled, and corrosion can be greatly reduced due to the reduction or elimination of condensation on ferrous substrates.
Kefa Airless has the following properties:

D) Will not generate smoke
E) Will not out gas
F) Functions continuously when intact and adhered to substrate
G) White in color. May be tinted to pastel
H) Non Static- will not attract dust/ contaminates in the surrounding environment
I) Flexible coating
K) Impact resistant
J) Alkali Resistant
Most importantly Kefa works without additives or chemicals and is not only a “green“ product in and of itself, but makes what ever it is applied to GREENER and Kefa works as long the surface it is applied to is intact and the Kefa is not over coated.
